TCP-1B
Protector body bag is a new disposable body bag
constructed of a proprietary formula poly.
Added chemicals insure extra strength and
features. Not made of inferior poly vinyl chloride as are
inexpensive Chinese imports.
This American product is simply the best
value available anywhere.
Measuring 36" x 90", each bag
is mirror glazed for easier handling during transfers. The
bags contain no chlorides nor carbon, permitting their use
in crematories.
(Crematories can not burn bags that have
chlorides or carbon. They pollute the environment and manufacturers
caution that they can cause damage to retort chambers. )
They are non carcinogenic to health and
death care workers when used for cremations.
Hand stitched and heat sealed insure superior
strength and safety, they can hold 200-250 lbs, while providing
containment of blood borne pathogens.
They have a cracking point of 25-32 degrees
below zero, unlike many other bags that crack much higher
temperatures. Most low cost bags are of inferior quality,
are manufactured in China, and emit pollutants when burned.

Recovery Body Bag is a 20 mil, Black Adult
size Post Mortem – envelope style body bag.
Size 36 " x 90", 2 - two way curved (#9) zippers
for locking of evidence. Heat sealed around entire perimeter
to comply with OSHA standards # 3130 containment of bloodborne
pathogens and biohazardous waste.
Manufactured with 6 ultra strong handles which are riveted
on each corner, and one on each side, in the middle, west
and east, and stitched with nylon thread at both length
and width for additional strength and safety.
Lifting capacity of this bag is 400 lbs. Will not deteriorate
under normal conditions.
Packed in units of eight.

TCP-CF3 “Waffle Bag” (Non-Vinyl) Medium Duty Body
Bag The material used in the construction of
our TCP-3CF product is a “made in U.S.A.” custom
manufactured material that eliminates the environmental problems
associated with traditional vinyl materials used in cadaver
pouch construction.
In addition, our “TCP-3CF” material
complies with EPA burn restrictions involving the release
of chlorine gas thereby eliminating the disposal problems
associated with vinyl materials.
Our
“ TCP-3CF” material remains flexible to –70
degrees F. (-57 degrees C.) so that it can be used in winter
environments or morgue coolers without fear of the material
“cracking”.
Electronic heat-sealed construction to comply with OSHA
Regulation 3130 Containment of biohazadous waste and bloodborne
pathogens.
2 layers of 3-mil polyethylene film laminated to 1000 denier
scrim reinforcement material (equiv strength to 12 mil vinyl).
Environmentally EPA compliant. No vinyl material used in
manufacturing
Adhesive tape backed reinforced zipper to minimize possible
“zipper tear-out” during handling and transport
Dual zipper pulls to facilitate opening and closing bag
Available in “envelope”style easy access zipper
opening or “straight”zipper configurations.
